As we hand-craft each of our unique items, it is difficult to provide a standard order form.  To ensure that we have all the information that we require to make your gift exactly as you would like it, please email kate@katy-lou-designs.co.uk with details of the item that you are interested in.  By return, we will supply a tailored order form for you to complete which will enable us to request all the information that we will need to make your personalised gift.

Payment is accepted by Paypal, cheque or bank transfer.  We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days of receipt.  Goods will be despatched upon receipt of payment.  Postage and packaging is charged at cost and we will confirm the charge before your order is finalised.
